We strive to display the colors and images of our products appearing in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor will be exact.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

  1. SHIPPING

The estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

  1. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of product receipt.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Refund (applies only to warranty cases and the right of withdrawal):
  • Via transfer (savings account, checking account, mobile savings account): processed approximately within five business days after receiving the product back at our warehouse.
  • Via payment reversal: fifteen business days after receiving the product at our warehouse. This reversal is handled by your banking institution; please contact them directly with any questions.
  1. Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange). Exchanges may only be made for products of equal or lower value than the original; if applicable, the price difference will be refunded via transfer (savings account, checking account, mobile savings account). If an exchange is not possible due to lack of availability, the value of the product(s) will be refunded via bank transfer (savings account, checking account, or mobile savings account).
  2. A coupon for a new purchase (this coupon is valid for one month from the date of issuance).

5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

The product must be returned in excellent condition, showing no signs of use, and with the original tags attached; if the tags have already been removed, they must be included inside the packaging. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition; based on the findings, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund via bank transfer (savings account, checking account, or mobile savings account).
